Silicone foam SF40/15-T is a two-layer combination pad: medium-firm at the edges, extra soft in the centre, seamlessly bonded together. Sheet format 1100 x 600 mm at 10 mm thickness.
Why different hardnesses in one pad?
On collar and shoulder presses the pressure is unevenly distributed: at the edge the crease must be formed sharply, while in the centre the pad has to absorb the curvature of the workpiece. Two separate pads laid side by side create an edge that prints through; a seamless combination pad does not.
Seamlessly bonded
The two hardness zones are bonded material to material, not glued or assembled. There is therefore no joint where moisture can collect and no edge that imprints into the outer fabric under pressure.
Format and ordering
The sheet measures 1100 x 600 mm at 10 mm thickness, equal to 0.66 m². Invoiced in square metres. For larger presses the 1350 x 600 mm format is available under item 210356T.

Häufige Fragen
Where exactly is the soft zone?
Centrally along the length; the exact division is matched to typical collar and shoulder presses.
Can the sheet be cut to size?
Yes, but the division of hardness zones should match the press – mark it out before cutting.
Which format do I need?
1100 x 600 mm for smaller presses, 1350 x 600 mm for larger ones.
