Silicone foam SF40/15-T in the 1350 x 600 mm format is the larger version of the two-layer combination pad with a soft centre, 10 mm thick.
For larger press surfaces
At 1350 mm long, this sheet covers wider collar and shoulder presses in one piece. That matters because any butt joint between two pads can imprint as a line into the outer fabric under pressure.
The combination pad principle
The medium-firm edge zone provides the counter-pressure for sharp creases, while the extra soft centre absorbs the curvature of collar and shoulder areas. Both zones are bonded material to material so no joint is created.
Ordering
The sheet equals 0.81 m²; invoiced in square metres. For smaller presses the 1100 x 600 mm format is available under item 210349T. Cutting is possible with a sharp knife or rotary cutter.

Which press needs which format?
As a rule of thumb, the sheet length should cover the working surface of the press without piecing.
How thick is the pad?
10 mm across the whole area, regardless of the hardness zone.
Does the soft zone harden faster?
Soft zones generally compact somewhat faster but stay elastic for a long time thanks to the silicone.
