MICROPAD LES003 is a grey, medium hardness pad with a 130 cm roll width, available in four thicknesses: 7, 10, 15 and 19 mm. This choice of thicknesses makes it the most flexible pad in the range.
Four thicknesses, many applications
7 mm for flat press build-ups, 10 mm as the standard for ironing tables, 15 mm for strongly contoured surfaces and form finishers, 19 mm as a volume pad for shaping machines and special presses. Instead of switching materials, you simply select the right thickness of the same quality.
Use on form finishers
On form finishers the pad has to reproduce the body shape while staying air permeable. The thicker MICROPAD grades bring enough volume to shape the contour without blocking the air flow.
Ordering
Invoiced in square metres; one running metre at 130 cm width equals 1.3 m². Supplied in full running metres from rolls of 10 metres. Cut with a sharp knife or rotary cutter.
