Titan Special BMIS-10 is a hard, red silicone foam sheet measuring 1000 x 1000 mm at 10 mm thickness. The square format equals exactly one square metre, which keeps calculation simple.
Sheet instead of roll
A sheet lies flat from the start, whereas roll goods carry a curl. For transfer presses, where pressure must contact evenly to the millimetre, a flat starting point is the better basis.
The hard setting in detail
The foam builds counter-pressure quickly under load and yields only slightly. Pressing force therefore stays constant across the area, which on transfer prints is the precondition for an even result without pale patches.
Cutting and ordering
The sheet can be cut with a sharp knife or rotary cutter. At 1000 x 1000 mm one sheet equals exactly 1.0 m². For large-area applications the BMIS-05 roll goods are available.

With 1 m² of area, roughly four parts of 50 x 50 cm.
Is the sheet self-adhesive?
No. The self-adhesive BMIS 10 SK version is available on request.
How heat resistant is silicone foam?
Considerably more resistant than PU foam and designed for the continuous temperatures of transfer presses.
