PTFE high pressure hose US23 is a connecting hose for ironing machines with 3/8″ union nuts at both ends, conical sealing and stainless steel braiding. Standard length 400 mm.
Conical sealing instead of a gasket
In conical sealing fittings, metal seals against metal over a tapered face. That works without a gasket, which could age and fail under continuous temperature. For steam lines at high operating temperature this is the more reliable design.
Why stainless steel braiding
The braiding absorbs the internal pressure and additionally protects the PTFE core mechanically. The hose therefore not only withstands higher pressures but also survives chafing on machine edges far longer than textile-covered versions.
Lengths and ordering
Besides 400 mm, lengths of 700, 800, 1000 and 1500 mm are available. Price and delivery time are quoted according to requirement – please state the length and connection dimensions required. For 1/2″ connections the US24 series is available.

US23 is designed for 3/8". For 1/2", US24 is intended; for 3/4", the US34 series.
