Soft-Fix® SF25 is the yellow, soft silicone foam pad from the Original range, available in 6, 8 and 10 mm at 134 cm width. It sits exactly one hardness grade above the extra soft SF15.

Soft, but not too soft

A very soft pad absorbs contours perfectly but loses height faster at high cycle rates. SF25 is set one grade firmer: it yields enough to absorb seams and buttons but builds more counter-pressure and keeps its shape longer.

When SF25 is the better choice

In high-throughput operations, with predominantly robust goods and wherever SF15 flattens too quickly. As an intermediate pad beneath a very soft overpad, SF25 also creates a sensible two-layer build-up.

Ordering

Invoiced in square metres; one running metre at 134 cm equals 1.34 m². Supplied in full running metres from rolls of 10 metres.

Frequently asked questions

What does the yellow colour mean?

In the Soft-Fix® colour code, yellow stands for the soft hardness grade.

Can SF15 and SF25 be combined?

Yes, a two-layer build-up with a firmer base and a softer top layer is common practice.

Which thickness for ironing tables?

Usually 8 or 10 mm, so the pad levels out the table contour.
