AERO hard fleece AHV95 is a dimensionally stable fleece 190 to 200 cm wide. It fulfils two very different roles: an intermediate layer in Teflon frame shoes and a template material.
Intermediate layer in frame shoes
Teflon frame shoes consist of an aluminium frame with non-stick foil. Between the shoe and the frame sits a fleece layer that distributes steam and evens out contact pressure. AHV95 is designed for that position: heat resistant, steam permeable and dimensionally stable enough not to shift.
Templates for pocket pressing
Cut to the contour of the pocket, AHV95 becomes a pressing template. The hard fleece keeps its shape even after many pressing cycles, so the edge forms repeatably in the same place, a noticeable quality gain in garment manufacturing.
Ordering
Invoiced in square metres; one running metre at 200 cm width equals 2.0 m². The minimum order is 5 metres or 10 m². Cut with sharp scissors or a rotary cutter.
