Silicone sliding spray GS35 comes in a 400 ml can and lays a thin silicone film on the treated surface. The film works in two ways: it lowers friction and prevents adhesive from sticking.
Anti-stick on fusing machines
On fusing presses and machines, hot-melt adhesive strikes through the outer material and settles on belts and rollers. A thin silicone film prevents a firm bond, so residues can be removed easily. That noticeably extends cleaning intervals.
Gliding effect on iron soles
On a treated sole the iron glides more easily over the fabric. That reduces the effort required and prevents delicate materials from creasing when moved.
Application and safety
Spray thinly from about 20 to 30 cm and allow to flash off briefly. Do not spray onto goods, only onto machine parts. As a pressurised aerosol, shipping regulations for limited quantities apply; observe the notes on the can.
