The Teflon® iron shoe MICROFLON for Veit HS 2003 is a non-stick iron shoe with an aluminium frame in the dimension 200 x 35 mm. Narrow shoe. It is fitted over the existing sole and prevents shine, sticking and residues on the garment.
Why the dimension 200 x 35 mm matters
Non-stick shoes are made to the measurement of the original sole, not to the machine model alone. For Veit HS 2003 the dimension is 200 x 35 mm. It pays to check your own sole before ordering: measure length and width and compare, because manufacturers change sole formats across production years.
Gliding rather than pushing
The friction coefficient of PTFE is considerably lower than that of bare metal or stainless steel. The iron therefore glides noticeably more easily over the fabric. Over hours of work at the press or table that is not only more comfortable but also reduces strain on hand and shoulder.
Price break and ordering
The list price for this version applies from an order quantity of 30 pieces; smaller quantities are quoted on request. Operations with several similar machines are therefore usually better off consolidating their annual requirement into one order.

Will the shoe fit my machine securely?
This version is made for Veit HS 2003 with the dimension 200 x 35 mm. If in doubt, measure your original sole, as manufacturers change sole formats across production years.
Does the shoe change the pressing temperature?
Barely. Aluminium conducts heat very well; in practice a slight adjustment of the temperature setting may be all that is needed.
How is the shoe cleaned?
With a cleaning stick such as RS36 on the sole at operating temperature. Never use metal tools – scratches destroy the non-stick effect permanently.
