TRECOLAN silicone foam MSOP30 is a rusty red, soft pad 10 mm thick at 100 cm roll width. It complements the white RBS with a second soft quality for shirt and transfer presses.
Soft on shirt presses
Shirts have button plackets, collar stands and seam build-ups. A soft pad absorbs these raised parts so they do not press into the front panel as marks. On light shirt fabrics such a mark is immediately visible, which is why pad hardness is decisive here.
10 mm build height
At 10 mm, MSOP30 brings enough volume to absorb even heavier build-ups such as double seams and buttons. At the same time the stack stays flat enough for the usual opening heights of shirt and transfer presses.
Ordering
Invoiced in square metres; one running metre at 100 cm width equals 1.0 m². Supplied from rolls of 10 metres. Cut with a sharp knife or rotary cutter.

What distinguishes MSOP30 from RBS?
RBS is natural white, MSOP30 rusty red. Both are set soft; the choice depends on availability and price.
Does the rusty red pad bleed?
No, silicone foam releases no colour in normal use. On very light fabrics RBS is nevertheless the more conservative choice.
How long does the pad last?
Silicone foam lasts considerably longer than PU foam, often several years in daily use.
